Ballina Riverside Health Studio on Wednesdays. Helen utilises all the latest knowledge and techniques, including hypnosis, to assist people to make rapid and lasting change in any aspect of their lives. Although Helen is an Anxiety Specialist, he happily assists people with many other issues including to quit smoking and weight loss.
