PRACTICE CLOSURE
Gum Tree Family Medical will be closed Friday 30th of January due to unforeseen circumstances. We will re-open Monday 2nd of February for business as usual.

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE
We would like to advise that we will be closed for Christmas Break from Thursday 25th December 2025 and will re-open Monday 5th January 2026.

Dr Mercia will be on Annual Leave starting from Monday the 29th of September until Monday the 13th of October and returning to work as normal on Tuesday the 14th of October. Gum Tree Family Medical welcomes Dr Doug Mouncey!

He will be consulting Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.00am to 1.30pm starting Tuesday the 12th of November 2024.

Dr Doug Mouncey has practised in the Northern Rivers for the last 25 years and has lived on the North Coast for 43 years. He is a highly experienced GP with a special interest in skin cancer medicine and has a passion for delivering high-quality, tailored care for the Northern Rivers community.
