We want to educate you so that you can make the best decisions for yourself, family and friends in regards to your health. We offer one on one and small group training (including Mum's & Bub's). Note that for now rehab clients will be on a

Time is not the problem, you can get really fit and strong with very little time.

20min As Many Rounds As Possible
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats

Done ✅ that’s all you need 20min 🤷‍♂️

What’s better: one 3-hour session a week or something every day?

Every day. Always.

Your body responds to frequency. A short daily workout builds momentum, keeps your nervous system primed and compounds over time.

One big weekly session? You can’t push as hard, recovery is harder, and the gaps between sessions undo half your progress.

Don’t save it all for one day. Show up more often.

Moral of the story: always listen to your mom 😅

A battle rope is a great tool for getting some low impact conditioning and get a good upper body workout.

This is perfect for a quick workout at home or as a complement if you are a runner or cyclists.
6-8 intervals of 30/30 will be a challenge.

If you are just starting out go for 15sec of work and 45sec of rest. You will ne surprise by how quickly your arms and shoulders get exhausted.

If you are buying a rope, go for something thin and on the shorter side otherwise they end up being so heavy and strength will be the limiting factor.

This is also a great warm-up in the gym 💪
