Health and fitness is a lifestyle and never a quick fix. We teach you the fundamental tools to incorporate healthy habits and effective exercise into your life. We want to educate you so that you can make the best decisions for yourself, family and friends in regards to your health. We offer one on one and small group training (including Mum's & Bub's). Note that for now rehab clients will be on a one on one format (it allows for better care and faster progress). Eat before going out!

Let’s remove the anxiety and pressure around those events. If you show up and you are not hungry, you can actually pick and choose what you want to indulge and skip most of the crappy food 😉.

I hate to eat things that I don’t particularly like or enjoy just because I am hungry. Take the food anxiety away and focus on connection because that’s what actually matters 💪

Gus has been coming to the gym with his mum for a long time.
He used to play in the kids area and swing on the rings at the end of the session.
One day he asked to join. Sometimes he will do a little bit and then go play some more 🤷‍♂️

This is actually a pretty common story, it just happens naturally 🙃

Natalia will be running another intro talk to explain how Vedic meditation can help and why it’s different to other type of meditation.

This is a snippet from the talk where she will deep dive into why she got into it and how she used to experience panic attacks, quit her job because the environment was too stressful, how Vedic meditation was created, what it’s good for, the mental and physical benefits you will experience and obviously what is Vedic meditation and how do you get started.

If you want to reduce all cause mortality, the two biggest factors are strength and VO2 max (which is an indicator of your cardiovascular fitness).

You simply can’t overlook strength and fitness if your goal is to live a long life. And on top of that it will also increase your quality of life at the same time.

It’s a no brainer, if you aren’t already, you need to start training 💪

1. Drive your hips into the ground (squeeze your glutes and try to put your hips in an anterior tilt)
2. Feet and knees together (actively squeeze them together)
3. Bring your heels towards your butts
4. At no point you should let your hips come of the floor (this means you are trying to use your lower back instead of your hamstrings)
5. You might feel your calves, that’s because you are trying to use them instead of your hamstrings. Stick with it, you will get there
6. If you feel one side more than the other, focus on the side you feel less

Beginner
30sec hold
30sec small reps at the top
Rest and repeat 2-3x

Advanced
1min hold
1min of small reps
Try to create as much tension as possible.
