I was very lucky to have a strong mother who took me to the gym when I was a little kid. It was just normal for me and now I get to help mothers do the same 😁💪
We need strong women! The world needs you ladies!
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who show up: not just for their families, but for themselves. Because when a mother is strong, she raises a strong generation.
The science is clear:
📊 Children of active mothers are 2x more likely to be physically active themselves (Moore et al., Journal of Pediatrics)
🧠 Daughters who watch their mothers move with confidence and self-respect develop higher body esteem and healthier self-image (Handford, Rapee & Fardouly, 2018)
💡 Maternal role modeling of healthy active behaviors has a greater influence on children than almost any other factor (European Journal of Public Health, 2017)
Strong women don’t just change their own lives. They rewrite the story for the next generation.
Happy International Women’s Day to every mother who picks up the bar, shows up on the hard days, and teaches her kids — without saying a word —> what strength really looks like. 🌹
