I loved burnout so much that I actually did it twice. I know right, not much fun!

I not only burnt the candle at both ends, but I also struck a match and held it in the middle of the candle too. Those who know me, know that I like to do things properly!

Hi, I am Amanda and I am the founder and face of Amanda Richardson Naturopath.

My wellness story has developed over time but stemmed from a long-lasting digestive and skin condition that was relentless, exhausting and embarrassing. My quality of life was extremely compromised as I hid away from the world. Test after test and appointment after appointment, left me deflated until a friend suggested I see a Naturopath. This was a life-changing decision and the beginning of all that was to follow.

Using a holistic approach, my Naturopath sought out the root problem of my conditions and began to eliminate and introduce food that would reduce my inflammation. Reducing the inflammation had a profound effect on my wellness and within a short time, my system was performing better than it ever had and I finally had a new lease on life.

After so much suffering, I felt compelled to try to help others who were also struggling with the fallout of having inflammation within their bodies. I had experienced how much natural medicine had improved my life and I really wanted to be able to help others regain their quality of life too.

With over two decades of study and practising Natural Medicine, I have been able to streamline the investigative stage and help my clients regain their sense of self, joy and overall wellness.

Crisis precipitates evolution and I hope that my journey, education and practical experience can lessen your health crisis and have you living your best life again.

Love Amanda xx

✔️ You’ve got stress

✔️ You’ve got a hormone imbalance.

❓ Now what?

There are a few things you can do to fight back against stress that creeps into your daily life!

☕ One of the first things you can do is limit your coffee and caffeine intake! Caffeine can enhance stress and make it more pronounced. Think afternoon coffee jitters that make it hard to stay focused!

🍭 Skip the sugar and incorporate healthy fats into your diet to help stop stress. A good diet with limited sugar and balanced food groups helps you feel more confident and keeps your body's blood sugar levels in check!

💦 Water can solve innumerable problems and can help with stress!

When you take in enough water, your blood sugar and hormones are balanced, and your body is hydrated.

Hormonal stress ⚖️ can show up in many different ways in your life; these hormones cause some signs that you may not even know!

🧠Brain fog and being confused often result from hormonal imbalances within the body. As the hormones flood your system, it can make it hard to think clearly about anything!

😭Are you suddenly breaking into tears? Breaking into tears at the drop of a hat is often caused by your hormones being out of whack, which throws your emotions out of line.

🍬This hormonal stress can also cause sugar cravings and feeling tired or restless. When the chemicals in your body are disrupted, your body suddenly craves sugar and other complex carbs.

🧩Your body is run on hormones and uses those same chemicals to help you feel awake and ready for the day. When you’re dragging and having a hard time waking up, you might be struggling with a hormone imbalance!

By following along with , you’ll learn more about stress, how it impacts your health, and how hormones play their part!
