Ready to Build Your Independence? Live and Learn at Our ILO House!
We have one single room available in our supportive, structured Independent Living Option (ILO).

Weekly Rate:
$350/week for tenants over 21
$300/week for tenants under 21
Includes everything: Your rent, all meals (board), utilities, and WiFi.

Our Home & Housemates: This is a home focused on growth and daily living skills. The current housemates are male, and we're looking for a like-minded person who is motivated, wants to learn, and enjoys a cooperative environment.

What Makes Our ILO Unique:
Structured, Supportive Environment: We run our home together.
Daily Shared Chores & Responsibilities: Everyone contributes.
Shared Meal Preparation & Grocery Shopping: Build cooking, planning, and teamwork skills.
Goal-Oriented Living: This home is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence to eventually transition into your own independent living situation.

Essential Requirements:
4 Hours of NDIS-Funded Support Daily: Applicants must have this funding in place.
A Motivation to Grow: You should be eager to actively participate, learn new life skills, and engage with the household routine.
