Hi my name is Adam Matchett and I am the owner and operator of You Can-Personal Training. I started this business to help people re-invent their lives as I have done mine. October 15th 2010-A day I'll never remember yet, a day I'll never forget. I was out celebrating with friends when I was hit by a car travelling at 60km/hr. Due to the extent of my injuries I was placed in an induced coma for 3 weeks. I had a traumatic brain injury, multiple broken/shattered bones including my femur, tibia and all the ribs on my left hand side not to mention the severe nerve damage. I had metal nails placed into my legs to strengthen the bones that had been broken. Learning to walk again was simple compared to going through speech therapy to learn to talk again. During my rehabilitation experience I met some incredible people who inspired me to become what I am today and drive my passion for helping people. In a time where I felt at my lowest these people made me feel amazing and on top of the world. Now, this is what I want to do for others. I want to help people prove to themselves that 'YOU CAN' do anything, when you have the right mind set. YOU CAN-Personal Training
