Members have been asking how to make yummy snacks that will keep you going, and also taste amazing! Its important when you are training that you not only keep up fluids, but also that you keep calories going in too... dont deprive yourself of good foods! Remember it really is 80% food (Good, wholesome REAL food) and 20% everything else. Platinum takes care of the 20% everything else, but here is a snack to help wiith the other 80%

Choc Fudge Protein Balls

(Please note this can be done in a food processor or Thermomix
250g Almonds (Blitz until resemble almond meal consistency
ADD
8 pitted dates (soaked in hot water first) OR Medjool dates pitted
2 Tbs Cacao
1 Tbs Honey or Argave syrup
dash vanilla OR Peppermint (depends flavour u going for)

Blitz until they stick together, then roll into small balls and coat in dessicated coconut - place in fridge and then eat!

This morning i trained a bunch of AMAZING ladies, something i have the fortune to do every Saturday. This morning they showed me why i love them! I watched them encourage each other with every punch, motivate each other on every step and lifted each other up with supportive words. It was hard not to get emotional as they ran with each other so that EVERYONE completed the sezsio , and has been in my mind all day. Ladies you say I inspire you, but truth is you inspire me to be better every week. Today you REINSPIRED me to be better, give more and learn more. From the bottom of my heart I Thank You ###xx

This morning i trained a bunch of AMAZING ladies, something i have the fortune to do every Saturday. This morning they showed me why i love them! Training Tuesday..... today 6pm at Brisbania Public School on High st at Saratoga for anyone keen..... everyone else. Today find a set of stairs and go for it!!!! Add squats, push ups and burpees at bottom then push through anothervsetrf. Can't find stairs? Find a hill!

My baby is now 4.5 mths old.... a divine creature that i helped create. This body of mine, this temple does amazing things. On Thursday I took this temple for a stair run session and I still hurt.... but you know what has had me thinking more since then.... the stupid thoughts tgat went through my head... I feel flab, I feel wobbly, how long til pre baby weight! I mean jeezus...it took me 9 mths to put on so give myself a break. So you know what : I am. I want to be strong and fit, not pre baby. I want to be healthy and happy not pre baby... we need to change society and the way we think. We are our own worst critics! So relax, aim to be healthy and happy....not a size 😆😊

For those who don't know me, i have 3 daughters. 2 of those are currently in primary school. And you know what I am realising? I am scared for them!!!! I hear their conversations about girls being mean and nasty, i wipe their tears as someome said to them today that they were not their friend. I bite my tongue as i secretly want to slap that kid who hurt my daughter! But you know what, it stops with us. TEACH YOUR KIDS TO BE NICE! To Love, to be kind first. All this hate around terrorists and fighting. We are not born that way. Teach kids to love, to be nice and to not intentionally be mean to someone else. It starts with what we yeach at home. Teach them to kill with kindness. I am scared for these kids unless we make that change. So from today... TEACH THEM TO BE KIND FIRST 💜💖

Monday madness.... rain, hail, claps of thunder and now hints of blue sky! To train or not to train?....remember you only need a small 2m x 2m space to train effectively if need to. Use body weight exercises, skipping, mini trampoline, handweights. Anything that allows u to stay in one space! Or get a DVD and do it in your lounge room ;) the exercise will invigorate you on an otherwise dreary day!
