Your body doesn’t actually care how much you have on your plate…
🫶 It cares whether it feels safe while you’re doing it.
You can be busy, switched on, getting everything done and still feel steady, clear, and okay in your body.
Or…
you can be doing less, sitting down, trying to “rest” and still feel wired, tense, and exhausted.
Because it’s not about how much you’re doing.
It’s about the state your body is in while you’re doing it.
If your system is constantly on alert, everything feels heavier… even the small things.
But when your body feels safe, you can move through your day without that constant drain.
That’s the difference most people don’t realise.
