This is healing💗

One of the biggest misconceptions I believed was that once we’ve healed from something, we should never feel those emotions again or revisit the pain of the past. Some days, we might feel like we’re on top of the world, strong, grounded, and ready to take on anything. And then suddenly, we’re overcome by sadness, heaviness, or grief. The truth is, there’s no ‘perfect’ way to heal. Healing is not a straight line, it’s a journey of remembering, releasing, and returning to balance.

This was difficult to share because this moment wasn’t created for content. One of the ways I process my emotions is by expressing them through journaling, reflection, or recording my thoughts, it’s how I release and reconnect. These are real, unfiltered moments of healing, where I allowed myself to feel deeply, to breathe through the pain, and to soften into self-compassion.

This is your gentle reminder to take your time with your healing.
Whether you’re moving through heartbreak, loss, stress, illness, or emotional wounds, know that it’s okay to move at your own pace. You are allowed to feel. You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to take as long as you need.
Healing happens in layers, and your energy will guide you through every stage. 🌿

Hey there, I know life gets busy.
You will want to save and share this as a reminder!
You give so much to everyone else that it’s easy to forget you need care too. But self-care doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s simply about remembering that you matter. Here’s how to begin, gently:

💗 1. Start where you are.
Don’t wait for the “perfect time.” Just take one small action today, even making yourself a tea and breathing for a minute counts.

💗 2. Listen to your body.
It’s always whispering to you, tiredness, tension, butterflies, hunger. Pause and ask, “What do I need right now?” Then honour that.

💗 3. Slow down your mornings.
Instead of rushing straight into the day, give yourself 5 quiet minutes, stretch, journal, or just sit in stillness. You’ll notice how much calmer you feel.

💗 4. Protect your peace.
You don’t have to say yes to everything. Boundaries aren’t walls, they’re gentle reminders of your worth.

💗 5. Refill your energy daily.
Spend time in nature, put on your favourite song, or do something creative. These little moments refuel your spirit more than you realise.
