Today I would encourage you to take a walk in nature...See everything with the wonder of a child! You can begin to see the miracles around you...

The colours will be more vibrant...the sounds amplified...the textures more real...the smells more aromatic...the tastes more sweet...

Go ahead take off your shoes and ground yourself at the same time...

At some point during your walk, try to stop, close your eyes, and just feel everything...

Tomorrow I would love you to share something from your walk, if you want to...

Be here now, this is just for you, to recharge and find peace...
