Kegel Exercises Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and re**um.

You can do kegel exercises discreetly at anytime, Sitting at your desk, when stopped in traffic in your car, while watching TV.
Simply contract and relax your pelvic floor muscles.
