I’m heading off on an amazing overseas adventure ✈️🌍 and Repose will be closed from Tuesday 10th March, reopening on Tuesday 28th April

This little break will be filled with rest, inspiration and new energy, and I can’t wait to return feeling refreshed and ready to look after you all again 🤍

Using your fingertips, gently massage your temples in small circles for 30-60 seconds. Keep the pressure light and slow

✨ Neck & Shoulder Release
Heat and stress often cause tension through the neck and shoulders. Gently knead the muscles at the base of your neck and across your shoulders to improve circulation

✨ Scalp Massage
