A reminder that Nurture Cottage will be closed over the long weekend. This means there will be no Saturday Creative Play session and no Early Intervention sessions on Saturday or Monday.

We’re so grateful to have had Chloe with us at Nurture Cottage this year. Her warmth, playfulness, and genuine care have left a lasting impact on the children and families she’s worked with. Each session is led by an experienced early childhood educator and designed to nurture curiosity, creativity and connection. 💫
To keep things calm and supportive, sessions are capped at 8 children.

✨The Science of Connection✨

When we play with our babies, whether it’s singing, waving scarves, or sharing smiles, we’re doing much more than entertaining them. We’re helping to shape their brains.

My story....

Hello and welcome! I’m so happy that you have joined me here. My name is Jacinta and my life purpose is to inspire and empower women and children to live their most peace filled heart centered life. I am the mum of 2 beautiful children and married to Antipas. I am a doTERRA Diamond Leader and Mentor, Meditation teacher and Emotional Wellness Coach.

As a family we love to travel, explore and help improve the lives of others. My Husband Antipas and I founded the Suluhisho Children’s Village in Kenya in 2012. In this time we established a permaculture farm, preschool and a home for 16 children.

In 2014 after 4 bouts of Malaria I become incredibly sick and was flown back to Australia for immediate treatment. At this time my life, as I knew it, came crashing down around me. My heart was in a dreadful state (literally) I had new, crazy rhythms coming from my heart. No doctor was able to give me any answers. My body was stuck in a state of fear and anxiety. I had NEVER experienced anything like this before.

I was hospitalized 14 times throughout the year, lost my voice for 12 months as well as every ounce of energy. I was having to sleep day and night but my body was unable to get any restorative sleep. During one time in hospital where I was getting treatment for pneumonia (yes I managed to pick that one up as well) I remember feeling like I was drowning from the inside out. I could feel my lungs filling with fluid and I knew that it was time to make some very big changes in my life.

Earlier in 2014 I caught up with a dear friend and she spoke very seriously to me about how I needed to start caring much more for myself. At the time I told her I was okay and just brushed it off. Little did I know that if i’d listened to her whispers the shouting that was about to occur from deep within my body may not have had to reach the lengths that they did.

Throughout this time I started my coaching journey and holy wow! So much unraveling commenced. It was at this time as well that I committed to a life of deep change and started to explore meditation and other natural wellness approaches.

I went to the hydrotherapy pool many times a week and just allowed myself to be held in the warm water. I saw an acupuncturist weekly and had regular massages. I started to recreate my belief system and boundaries. So many shifts were occurring.

I was still needing a lot of sleep and started to explore meditation more deeply. When I committed to a daily meditation I found my sleep far more peaceful and I needed less. I WAS HOOKED! I started to explore with oils and sound healing throughout my own meditation sessions and I felt like something had been lit within.

I needed to know more and understand how oils and sound worked from a healing perspective.

I commenced some amazing Sound Therapy training which allowed for even deeper knowledge and change to occur within. Vibrational Medicine has given me incredible insights into the mind, body, soul connection. I’m currently continuing my sound training as well and Stress Consultancy and Aromatherapy Diplomas.

In December 2016 I ordered my first Wellness box of oils from doTERRA- AKA Home Essentials Kit and as soon as I started to diffuse these incredible oils I knew I needed to become a part of the moment of getting these oils into every home. My mind continues to be blown everyday just how much they have helped our family physically, mentally but most importantly emotionally.

I’m so very grateful for the journey that we are on and how much more empowered we are now having these tools for our families wellbeing.
