Be guided through calming breathing techniques, visualisations, relaxation meditation, and body awareness. Learn techniques you can apply outside of the group to reconnect with the peace that comes with sitting quietly and simply being in the moment.

Ever had those moments when you just need to concentrate and get things done - but you’re distracted by *everything* (me too!! 😂)

This is what I use in those moments - Focus spray mist - around my work space and around me. Gets me back on track and keeps me focused on getting through the task at hand. Can highly recommend!
