Today our supported employees headed out to the Growing Abilities produce garden to pick fresh produce and we loved every minute of it! 🌿🌞

From crunchy greens to colourful veggies, everything was harvested right from our own garden, which our supported employees built at the beginning of the year, and boy are they paying off, producing amazing fresh produce ready to be turned into something delicious in the kitchen. 🌽🍅

Activities like this help build skills, promote a healthy lifestyle, confidence, and connection and make our cooking days even more fun!
