Sewing Tuesdays!

Today at Sewing Club, participants worked on making some hair bows, scrunchies and key chains. Everyone worked hard to follow the steps, practised new skills and techniques and worked at their own pace.

Our weekly Sewing Club sees lots of productivity, great focus and many lovely handmade items. 💛

What an awesome day out in Canberra!

Our Club Trust group took a trip to Canberra to go Bowling. 🎳

Days like this are all about trying new things, building confidence and enjoying time with our peers. 😊

Thank you to Kaylene from Waratah Puppies - Cavoodles - enriching lives for bringing in her puppies to say hello to our Next Step participants.

We appreciate Waratah Puppies dedication to high quality training, including using our Trusty Pet Treats as part of their puppies training and development. Using our treats, Kaylene was able to demonstrate the effectiveness of positive reinforcement and also took the time to teach the participants training techniques while working with the puppies. This opportunity was both empowering and enjoyable for everyone involved. 🐶

POP-UP TRUSTY PET TREAT CAFE!

Our Next Step program have been busy preparing and trialling all of the goodies that will be available at the next Pop-up Trusty Pet Treat Cafe!

We will be serving up treats for both you and your fury friends.

AVALIABLE WILL BE:
Trusty Pet Treats
Both human and dog baked treats
Hot drinks and milkshakes
Sausage sizzle

WHERE: The Disability Trust 124 Auburn Street Goulburn, located in the back carpark.

WHEN: 16th January 2026, from 10am-2pm

Come along, grab a coffee, stock up on your pets favourite treats and enjoy a cafe designed for you and your pet! We cannot wait to see you. 💛

On this International Day of People with Disability, we celebrated the amazing things people with disability do, and the importance of including everyone. We saw how powerful it is when people feel welcome and part of the community.

Bring your letter to Santa into our office at 124 Auburn Street Goulburn and pop it straight into the mailbox — we’ll make sure it gets sent all the way to the North Pole.

Even better… Santa will write back!📮
Make sure your name and return address are included so Santa knows where to send his reply.
