Remedial Massage:
Great for the treatment of injuries, low back pain, stress, headaches etc. I use medium to firm pressure and will use techniques such as trigger point. I may also ask for your assistance when it comes to stretches and breathing techniques. My aim is to activate the body's natural healing abilities and to get the best possible result for you. Pregnancy Massage:
Wonderful in all stages of pregnancy and post pregnancy. I use a special pregnancy pillow system, usually from mid 2nd trimester, to help support the mum and baby bump. Pregnancy massage is used for first-time mums, who may be anxious about the pregnancy process, to a mum suffering from low back and sciatic pain, neck & upper back pain or stress. previous miscarriage, IVF, high/low blood pressure, then a clearance letter from their primary care provider is required.
- Payment can be made at your appointment by cash or card. Bank transfer is also accepted prior to your appointment.
- Health Fund rebates are available. You'll be given a receipt to claim directly.
- Student & Pensioner Concessions are available.

It's been a very long time between posts......this post will be my last for this page.
After almost 15yrs, I will be officially closing my massage business at the end of June.
It's been quite a ride.
Thanks to all my patients for trusting me with your aches & pains.
I'm heading in a completely different direction, away from Massage & Naturopathy. Still caring for people, but in a different way.

Pregnancy Massage is available @ the Goulburn Wellness Centre, on Wednesdays, Thursdays (PM), Fridays & Saturdays (AM).
A specialised cushion system is used, on the massage table, to enhance comfort & support.

As a naturopath, I will treat the individual needs of each patients, using the 6 principles of Naturopathic Medicine as a guideline, to support the body in using it’s natural ability to heal itself, whether it is a chronic or acute condition.
A full medical/life style history will be taken, after which I will develop a treatment plan that may include nutritional supplements, botanical medicine, diet & life style adjustments.
Tools for physical examination, may be the use of Iridology, blood pressure, taking your pulse, looking at your tongue and nails. These are used for a more well-rounded view of your health. Your body can show what is going on inside.
Naturopathy is a partnership also, between me as the practitioner and you the patient. To see success, we need to work together. I will also, were needed and with your permission, communicate/work with your GP or specialist.
Please note: Naturopathy is a complimentary medicine, in that we work to support the
treatment patients may be receiving from conventional medicine practitioners.
I will not tell you to stop taking your prescription medications, or tell
you to go against what you’re told by doctors/specialists.
