📞 Have you been getting “No Caller ID” calls from (maybe) the NDIS?
🙁 Unexpected calls can be confusing and upsetting for many people.

🫴 If the NDIS is calling for a check-in, and you are not ready to speak to them, you have the right to:

1️⃣⏰ Ask for the call to be changed to a time that suits you

2️⃣🤝 Have a trusted person or support join the call

3️⃣💬 If it is a reassessment (ask!) you can ask for it to be face-to-face, over the phone or online

⚠ Even if someone says they’re from the NDIS, it’s still important to make sure!

🔍 Always double-check who’s calling.

🔒 Keep personal information private unless you are 100% sure who you are talking to.

📧 You can always ask the NDIS to email you instead or call the NDIS on their official number 1800 800 110 if you are still unsure.

✅ Stay safe, stay informed and remember it’s okay to question and double-check!

✨ Female Independent Disability Support Worker Wanted ✨

I am currently seeking an independent NDIS Disability Support Worker to support a 66-year-old woman who would benefit from a gentle, calm, and compassionate presence in her daily life.

Monday and Wednesday, with an opportunity to increase support days/ hours for the right person.

This role involves supporting her with:

🌸 Meal preparation
🌸 Personal care, including assistance with showering
🌸 Daily living tasks to support independence
🌸 Community access, such as appointments and shopping

The right person will be someone who:

💗 Brings patience, empathy, and emotional warmth
💗 Has a gentle, reassuring approach
💗 Is able to move at the participant’s pace
💗 Enjoys creating moments of connection and positivity
💗 Can bring a little brightness and kindness into her day.

Consistency, reliability, and a person-centred approach are essential. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who truly values meaningful, respectful support and wants to make a genuine difference in someone’s everyday life.

I’m currently looking for a Support Worker to work with a 15-year-old female participant who has a strong love for animals and nature 🐾

We’re seeking someone who is:
✨ Gentle and calm in their approach
✨ Patient, understanding, and reliable
✨ Flexible with hours and willing to adapt to her needs
✨ Confident in supporting a young person to engage in meaningful community activities
The ideal person would enjoy spending time with animals and helping her explore opportunities to volunteer or observe animals in nature — whether that’s at shelters, farms, or wildlife centres.
