We all have a role to play in staying connected, showing up for those we care about and helping those struggling access the support they need.

Positive Friday ~ In my role as Practice Manager it is rare that I or my staff receive positive feedback. I’m always informed of grievances (respectfully - feedback is extremely important), but on the odd rare occasion I receive a little sunshine of positivity from someone that is just happy with their treatment at our practice.
Make today the day that if you are out and about and someone is doing a good job - Let them know. You might just be the sunshine they need today. ☀️ ~ Yvonne
