By healing my own nerve pain in my back, I instantly became hooked and love helping others work through their own physical, emotional and mental blockages with the Craniosacral techniques.

Working with babies and children is the most amazing experience. We don't realize the impact our birth has on us and our baby until we go deeper.

How fast was the birth?
👶A fast birth equals a fast nervous system
Was the birth induced and were forceps etc used?
👶This can leave serious physical imprints and affect the nervous system. Creating shock and/or anger.
What are our own imprints being passed on.
👶Generational trauma is gaining awareness in society more and more these days. Yes you can help to clear it gently.
How was Mum after giving birth?
👶So much goes on during pregnancy and birth for both Mum, Bub and Dad. Some women can hold shame or guilt if something unplanned happens. Or it there a lot of overwhelm? Is Dad feeling left out? Just know that you are not on your own. A lot of stuff is going to come up when babies come into the picture.

Physical and emotional implications can leave long lasting imprints which affect our health and physical wellbeing.
