What to expect at a first consultation with me.

Appointments at Revival go for an hour. For your first time here, we will start off with having a chat about what it is you want.

For some people healing is straight forward, for others, to achieve their goal, they need to contribute towards their own healing and be prepared to make life changes.

Regardless of the direction we need to go, all sessions start off with a chat. From there, for some we can start straight into their healing session, and they may only need to have that one appointment. Perhaps it's energy work, hypnosis, counselling, guidance or a shamanic approach, but whatever the method chosen, this is decided upon and discussed with the client at the time.

For others, this first healing session may be just the start of their journey. Not all ailments can be cured in one appointment. My preference is to see you healed as soon as possible and to not use bandaid solutions. So unless you personally choose to return, for example, for regular energy healing sessions, then, an average of 3 to 5 appointments should be all you need for more complex issues.

Regression hypnosis is my most expensive option. This is because it is by far the more time and energy consuming of the modalities I use.

The one most important factor about holistic healing, especially that done by Shamans, is we work with your soul to heal you ... so it's crucial that you are 100% on board. You must want to fix yourself.

It's only me working here, so please expect to book an appointment prior, as I can't be open for walk in's ... it's just not practical.

There are a number of payment methods available to clients.

You can book and pay online. All distance appointments must be done this way.

For local clients, card, cash, PayID and Afterpay are all options.

Holistic healing is a back to basics, non addictive type of healing. For the most part all my work simply uses energy and works with the soul, but occasionally, especially for longer healing cases of eg depression and anxiety, I may recommend some non addictive herbal based supplements as a temporary support during your healing.

The only thing you stand at risk of becoming addicted to, is good health.

Skin breakouts, brittle nails, digestive issues, or constant irritability — these aren’t always signs of stress or poor diet. Sometimes, the real cause lies deeper, inside your body.

The modern pace of life does not save us from parasites, through unwashed berries, contaminated water, food, or even your beloved pets. Once inside, parasites quietly “steal” nutrients, release toxins, and disrupt your metabolism. The result: low energy, weak immunity, allergies, and overall exhaustion.

But nature always provides balance. For centuries, healers have used herbs to gently and safely cleanse the body, without harsh chemicals or medications. Wormwood, tansy, clove, calendula, yarrow, calamus root, and ginger are time-tested plants that not only help expel parasites but also support digestion, reduce inflammation, and restore vitality.

So here's a simple herbal cleanse recipe:
Wormwood — 1 part
Tansy — 1 part
Ground clove — 0.5 part
Calendula — 1 part
Yarrow — 1 part

Mix the herbs together. Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to 200 ml (about 1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep for 20 minutes, then strain. Drink 1/3 cup twice a day, 15 minutes before meals. Continue for 7–10 days, take a one-week break, then repeat.

Avoid sweets and refined flour during the cleanse. Parasites love sugar, so cutting it out helps speed up the process.
