I'll be starting lives on Tiktok in January.

This is a fairly big thing for me because I really don't like "putting myself out there", but I have knowledge to share, and have to bite the bullet and start this sometime.

If you know where to look, nature will provide.

Here's just s small example of plants that most of us recognise, but probably would never think to add to our diet.

The plants growing wild, or even those in our garden, may hold surprising health benefits.

There's plenty of knowledge to be found out there. Check to see if someone has written a book about the edible plants in your own area 🙏⚘️🌿

Today I wanted to talk about my method of GRIEF COUNSELLING.

My style is aimed at gently helping you understand life and death.

Helping you learn and understand why some of us leave earlier than we seemingly should.

Teaching you about souls, life plans, and our path in this life.

While we go through this process, I help balance and restore your souls energy levels... this is important because you still have to deal with getting up each day, and we manage this so much better, when we are fully energised.

There's no drugs involved, unless on the rarest of occasions I want to help you ditch medicated drugs by replacing them with herbal, non addictive equivalents... so that from there I can help you heal with my more regular methods.

I rarely use hypnosis to help with grief.

I much prefer people still grieve, but understand the whole process, and offer help during the healing process. We have to grieve. If you shut down your emotions you risk losing your health. Grieving is a release that we need.

The other important part of the healing process, is being able to talk about your deceased loved one. So many of us either don't or can't talk to anyone about loss, about how we feel. I'm always available for my clients ... if you need to talk, I'm here.
