ANZAC Day Preparations at Caringa’s Castle Hub
This week, Caringa’s Castle Hub community has been busy preparing for ANZAC Day 🌺
Through meaningful participation, our community has been building capacity by cooking traditional ANZAC biscuits for one another, fostering creativity by creating ANZAC Day wreaths, and coming together to acknowledge the service and sacrifices of Australians who have and who continue to defended our beautiful country.
A heartfelt time of connection, reflection, and respect. Lest we forget. ❤️

💙 World Autism Awareness Day 💙
Today, we acknowledge and celebrate people on the autism spectrum and recognise the diversity, strengths and unique perspectives they bring to our community.
At Caringa, we are proud to support autistic individuals and their families every day—listening, learning, and working alongside them to create opportunities for inclusion, choice and meaningful connection.
Today is also a reminder that understanding, acceptance and support should extend beyond one day. By embracing neurodiversity, we help build a more inclusive community where everyone belongs.
Let’s celebrate difference, amplify autistic voices, and continue striving for a society where people are supported to live the lives they choose. 💙

A huge thank you to Newcastle Knights stars Bo Vette-Welsh & Shanice Parker, along with Sydney Roosters player Milly Elliott, who were amazing supports for our clients on the day. Your encouragement, energy and guidance made a real difference! 🙌

Caringa Australia Limited (Caringa) is a diverse, mission-focussed, values-based and socially responsible organisation which started in Grafton, NSW and now operates across the Clarence Valley and Coffs Harbour Council areas. Caringa is a leading provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports and services. Caringa has been operating since 1953 when the community first raised funds to start a school for children with disability.
