So many people have been at me for not killing the bull I caught.

Firstly, it is very easy to pass a death sentense behind your computer screen. It is an old living creature of very respectable size. Defeated helpless and harmless (at that particular moment)

She was pregnant with pups so the association with my 7 months pregnant wife was really strong.

Secondly, this fish would be close to 300kg. Breaking it all up turns couple hours of evening fishing into a whole night of intense labour.

Now enjoy the video of the end of the battle of man versus beast. We met for a short period of time. Measured our strenght against each other, then we both went our own way unharmed. It is quite special feeling no matter how many times I have done this before❤️

Last night I snuck out after putting kids to bed for bit of a me time.

We hit the Clarence river with young Tory for few hours of river bull shark mission. We had couple finicky ones pulling on our baits and spitting them out.

Than this Leviathan gulped chunk of tuna and took me for a ride.

It was a big fat pregnant female just over 3 meters. We quickly removed the hook, took couple snaps and sent her on her way❤️

The unnamed science based personal trainer is benefiting from a little bit of a holistic chiropractic voodoo🙌🫶.

Rhys ruptured and sprained few ligaments in his ankle playing rugby. He has been having problems with the ankle since. He gained fair bit of strength and stability through rehab and resistance training, but his dorsiflexion has not returned to full range of motion. I worked on his Tibialis posterior and adjusted his Talus and you can see the instant increase in dorsiflexion.

I have been mocked by a certain science based functional personal trainer for doing too much bodybuilding work at the gym. So I did a bit of farmer's walks and damn! My intercostal muscles, my upper traps, my lats and my serratus anterior are cactus💪

I have to admit, it is good to change things up and have a mate who challenges you🤝

Big fat bull shark from mighty Clarence river. I wanted to do a river bull shark mission since I moved here.

Last night I had a crack at river fishing and got this fat female bull just before the storm. Interestingly she had few hooks in her, so I can only imagine the stories old blokes were telling in pubs about the 6 meters bull shark that busted them off.

Here you have it guys it wasnt 6m it was just few CM shy of 3m🤣.

Hooks were removed and river monster was released to live and harrass underprepared fishermen as she pleases.

This was very special moment for me! Here is young Cooper Mccreden getting adjusted for the first time! I have been looking after his parents, brother and sister for couple years.

We did a lot of work with his mum Alicia during the pregnancy to keep her as comfortable and as labour ready as possible, so I have been bonding with Cooper way before he was born!

Being a parent myself I can't express the gratitude for the trust parents put in me when they bring their babies to me! Thank you guys❤️

This is the 3rd pregnancy I am adjusting my wife through. Results? She feels fantastic! She sleeps great, she can lift weights 3 times a week without any pain, she digest well, she feels overal wellness and happiness and she looks fantastic!

Apart from physical benefits, adjustment impact mental state. It brings you into the parasympatetic mode (rest and digest) creating peaceful and happy environment for our baby.
