Leaving work last night as the moon was rising and I was driving it nearly hit me in my face. I had to take a second look. It was so close, so beautiful I wanted to get closer.

No wonder sleeping is a challenge right now!

Big shifts taking place.
Last night in Journeys of Transformation I recorded a class on Shadow & Rebirth. With the 11:11 portal coming up we can integrate aspects of ourselves that we have hidden for as long as we can remember.

It’s not about fixing ourselves it’s about remembering who we are illuminating with love all aspects of ourselves to become whole again.

Shadow work is about becoming your true authentic self.

Isn’t this stunning! 😍

I’m privileged to receive this gorgeous gift from a beautiful, multi talented woman I am working with. Her name is Rachel too and when she gets busy with her art it just flows with joy. I love the colours very sacral, solar plexus energy perfect reminder of our creativity, true self-expression and birthing or rebirthing. Remembering October is a month of rest, recieve, rebirth ❤️

I’m very grateful 🥹 she’s now hanging in our healing space for others to enjoy as well. Thanks Rach I love my gift of you☺️🙏❤️

Becoming a stone medicine practitioner, Reiki master and Shaman practitioner has taught me a great deal about healing. Im
very grateful, it’s a privilege working with ancient medicines, treatments and all these amazing allies and tools with spirit always guided us. 🙏❤️
