About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a part-time Sleep Technician (2 days per week) based in Baldivis, with the potential for additional days at our Mandurah clinic. While a healthcare background is helpful, formal qualifications are not required as we provide full technical training to the right candidate.

The role is varied and involves:

- Home-based sleep studies
- Sleep results consultations
- Sleep therapy and trials
- Patient follow-up
- Administrative duties

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A strong focus on patient service
- Excellent time-management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A "can-do" attitude and willingness to assist with administrative tasks
- Confidence with computers and technology
- A commitment to following established processes
- A full Australian driver’s license

About the Role

We currently have a reception and administration assistant opportunity available Tuesday and Wednesday to support our vibrant team who are passionate about customer service and working collaboratively.

What you'll do:
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking administrative role where customer focus remains the top priority.
- Act as the first point of contact to patients and provide excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.
- Adapt to and manage an environment where there is ongoing change and competing priorities.
- Book and confirm patients for appointments and consultations.
- Billing and receipting at time of appointment.
- Accurately process relevant paperwork including data entry.
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
- Continuously liaise with the team to ensure efficient processes.
- Manage patient records and filing of patient notes.

About You:
- Strong patient service focus.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Competent computer skills including Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can do attitude.
- Willing to support the team in administration duties.
- Must be willing to follow our processes.
- Full Australian driver’s license.

Referral required for diagnostic home-based sleep study. Medicare relatable upon eligibility. Online bookings are available for home-based testing & diagnosis (Sleep Study), CPAP Treatment (Introduction to CPAP Therapy with available device & mask hire) and ongoing support. We also have an extensive catalog of stock both on hand and available for order.

Our apologies for the short notice but we have closed our Busselton clinic and will no longer be open for in clinic appointments. We can still provide services either remotely via phone consults or at our Mandurah & Baldivis clinics. We will be opening up a new clinic in Bunbury which we will update you when we have an opening date.

Our Clinics in Mandurah, Baldivis & Busselton are still open for business with safety of our patients and staff always being imperative.
We have rearranged our business model to allow for no physical patient contact through remote consultation, CPAP Therapy Review, pick up & drop off testing devices and Telehealth consultations with our Sleep Physicians and supply of associated Sleep Apnea equipment. Please call our reception on 95353570 between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday to enquire about our Sleep Apnea and CPAP Therapy patient care & management of their health requirements.
