We are deeply saddened by the tragic events at Bondi Beach on Sunday evening.

Our thoughts are with all those impacted, particularly the Jewish community, and with the residents and broader Bondi community at this difficult time.

We extend our sincere gratitude to NSW Police, ambulance services, surf lifesaving teams, and all first responders, as well as members of the public who acted with courage and care in the immediate aftermath.

At times like these, we acknowledge the profound impact such events can have and stand together with care, and compassion.
