Drawing on my wide ranging experience, and assuming the position that you are the expert in your own life, we will work together to identify your barriers to living your life with purpose and meaning. We will spend time together getting to understand your conc

erns and challenges, as well as your strengths and resources, and identifying any gaps in your knowledge or skills. We will draw on a number of psychological approaches to develop an individualised plan to support you to make positive changes in your life. Ultimately, I care that you are into what you are doing, and that you are doing what you are into.

"The Mums Can, Dads Can" project, part of the Tangentyere Family Violence Prevention Program, is being developed and informed by Alice Springs Town Camp women and men to challenge ridged stereotypical beliefs and attitudes about the roles of women and men, especially in respect to parenting. All of the messages that you are seeing have been developed by Aboriginal Women and Men from Alice Springs. This is a strengths based project aiming to contribute to changing those rigid gender stereotypes that create inequality between women and men.
