Thank you to everyone who tried a different class, stepped out of their comfort zone and committed to something new over the past month for our ‘March Remix’ challenge. It was so amazing so see so many of our clients in classes they had never tried before.

Regardless of whether you ticked off all 20 classes or not, we feel so proud of the Alive community for always setting individual goals and trying their best to work towards them in whatever capacity they can.

A special shoutout to Cristen S, Katie J, Danielle T, Melissa G, Tahlia DL, Tanya S and Kylie S who ALL ticked off 10 Reformer, 4 Mat, 2 Barre, 2 Studio and 2 Yoga classes over 31 days 👏🏼 Your commitment and enthusiasm is admirable 😍

On Friday we were lucky enough to have mentor and friend work with our Pilates teaching team on ‘Mastering the Missing Links’; refining how we teach and how we can better help support our clients through progression.

It was the perfect PD to get back to the core of why we teach and feel inspired with some new tools to implement in our classes (think quality over quantity, intention > flow).

We are super pumped to share what we worked on with Ben within a new framework of our Reformer Pilates and Reformer Plus classes from April. We think you’re gonna love it 🤍

Alive are proud to announce our Memmber of the Month for February is one of our absolute favourites - Kylie. ⭐️

This absolute star just completed her 700th class! 💪

One of our most consistent members, often at the studio 4-5 times a week completing all class types from Yoga, to Reformer, to Barre and always with a smile on her face.

Kylie brings so much warmth to the studio always making time to chat to our instructors as well as other members.

1000 CLASSES FOR MIKAYLA 🖤
Mikayla has been such a positive part of our community since 2020 and continues to motivate those around her with her friendly demeanour, encouragement and dedication to her movement practice.

Meet Annalise 👋🏼 Our newest team member at Alive!
Some of you might recognise Annalise’s face from when she was completing her work placement at Alive, as part of her teacher training journey with National Pilates Training.
Annalise comes from a rich dance background, having already been teaching dance for the past 5 years, now transferring her skills and experience to the Pilates studio.

You can catch Annalise permanently on our schedule from March, taking on 6 & 7am Tuesdays and alternating Friday evenings in the Reformer room.

MARCH REMIX: Starts next Sunday March 1st! 🖤

Our March Remix Challenge is all about shaking up your routine and trying something new. This March, we’re remixing how you move by encouraging variety, exploration, and a little fun outside your comfort zone. Autumn is the perfect time to dip your toes into something different, while also creating the consistency you need to truly feel the progress and benefits of Pilates and Yoga.

✨PRE/POST NATAL FRIENDLY CLASSES ✨

We are delighted to expand our offerings of pregnancy friendly classes from March. Join Kara P and Liam on the reformer, Sundays at 11am to help you maintain form and strength during pregnancy, or assist your needs in rebuilding your body post partem.

All Alive clients are welcome to attend these classes, but please note the sessions will be tailored to suit our new and expecting mum’s with limited layers and progressions.
