It is proven that the most successful people on our planet are those that are most creative on the inside of their minds.

This isn't just about artistic talent — it's about tapping into the kind of imagination we all had as children.

YEW! Seeing possibilities where others see limitations
YEW! Envisioning success before it materializes
YEW! Approaching challenges with curiosity and openness

In today’s fast-paced and complex world, imagination isn’t a luxury — it’s a strategic advantage.

As you begin your week, take a moment to visualize the outcomes you want to create.

Lead with creativity, think beyond the expected, and stay connected to the bigger picture.

Your mindset sets the trajectory. Make it count.

Yes — Athletes Can Experience PTSD.
After a game-day injury, everything changed for this high-performance athlete.
✅ Physically healed
❌ Mentally stuck
They were holding back.
Lacking confidence.
Hesitating in moments where they used to dominate.
Something deep inside them said: “Not safe.”
That’s PTSD.
Not just a soldier’s story. Not just for “big trauma.”
This is a real, subconscious response to a life-changing moment — even for elite athletes.
And here’s the truth:
🏋️‍♂️ it can take a long time to train it out.
🧠 Even longer to logic your way through it.
🛋️ Traditional therapy? Time-consuming, slow, and often focused on the conscious mind — which isn’t where this pattern lives.
Subconscious work is where true recovery happens.
That’s where I come in.
Because once we clear the trauma response at the source, athletes don’t just return to baseline — they thrive.
💥 Confidence comes back
💥 Fear dissolves
💥 Performance skyrockets
It’s fast. It’s effective. It’s transformational.
If you’re an athlete — or work with athletes — and you’ve noticed this invisible barrier after an injury, don’t ignore it.
Let’s work where real change happens: the subconscious.

If you’re into sport…a parent, a coach…you need this….enjoy!

A sad, but hopefully, a moment of recognition and transformation in Australian sport and media. It’s this kind of mentality that creates anxious athletes of which I am working with time and time again in my clinic.

Lets learn, update, and change for a better future!

Be a force for good! Well done Cate!

What do empty glasses have to do with anxiety/performance anxiety/stress. Fill them up, watch and learn how it works……

Such a simple but powerful metaphor which explains so much of how our subconscious processes our world.

Repost to most! Comment to discuss and enjoy!

Mind training for teachers getting prepared for their new school year. Thank you to Taranganba State School for their welcome and superb sense of humour! Last week was a busy week on the Central Coast of Qld and awesome to be in person with everyone.

What they learnt:

- Introducing the characteristics of the subconscious in regards to overwhelm.

-The nature of worry and learning the skill of beneficial thinking.

-The human requirements in relation to working as an individual and in a team.

-Keeping momentum , maintaining momentum and thriving in the school workplace.

Oh they lost again! I feel for them…..so bad. Such heartbreak and all that work lost in a moment in time.

The Melbourne Open is a prime example of elite athletes striving for perfection. There’s so much at stake. The time, energy and money involved is tremendous.

What keeps them from just giving up?

Be a force for good!
Enjoy!

Tomorrow is the day I consciously count how many times I giggle or laugh. Dare to allow yourself permission to join me!

Laughter is the best medicine…..so they say…..I aim to check this theory out and notice how I feel.

Get ready close friends as I will be calling you for that giggle and laugh….

Enjoy!
