🌿 MEET ERIN 🌿

We are so excited to have Erin, private midwife and now our lactation consultant offering personalised, evidence-based care from pregnancy through postpartum.

With hospital experience and private practice, she provides continuous support in the clinic. Her warm, holistic approach blends clinical expertise with real life insight (being a mum of four herself!) helping families feel confident and supported.

Services include antenatal care, birth prep, postpartum and newborn support, and specialised breastfeeding care. Medicare rebates available from early pregnancy to 7 weeks postpartum.

🌿 Introducing Kate 🌿

Kate is an experienced Osteopath with a passion for whole body health and functional wellbeing. Since graduating in 2014, she’s worked in multidisciplinary clinics across Auckland and Sydney, developing a strong love for collaborative, patient centred care.
She treats teens through to adults for sporting injuries, back and neck pain, sprains, strains and the physical load of everyday life. With advanced training in dry needling and pre and post natal care (and as a mum of two!) Kate has a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.

Kate also works with newborns and infants, particularly those experiencing feeding challenges, unsettled behaviour or tension after birth. Her approach is gentle, precise and designed to support little bodies as they adjust to the world.

Above all, Kate creates a calm, supportive space where you’ll feel heard and confident in your care 💚
