Personal Care Assistant – 482 Sponsorship Opportunities

Concept Care is growing and offering 482 visa sponsorship for the right people.

We’re looking for caring, reliable Personal Care Assistants already based in NSW who want to make a real difference.

About the Role

You will provide person-centred support to clients based on their individual needs, helping to promote independence, comfort and wellbeing in their homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
● Supporting clients with complex care needs, including high-care or behaviour support requirements.
● Follow individual care plans and client routines
● Promote client dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

● Reliable, professional and responsible
● Strong communication and a person-centred approach
● Calm, respectful and able to manage challenges
● Flexible to travel and work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights

To be successful in this role, you must have:

● A valid driver licence and your own vehicle
● Current residence in NSW, Australia
● Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services or a similar qualification
● Meet the English language requirements for Subclass 482 visa sponsorship
● At least 2 years of full-time work experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Disability Support Worker, Nurse or in a similar role
● All required checks, including WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR
