Job description:

Accounts and Administration Officer

Qualifications and experience

Experience using MYOB, Word, Excel and outlook is desirable. Ability to work unsupervised is a must.
Tasks and responsibilities

Managing Accounts payable, Entering invoices and making payments, Reconciling statements.
Daily banking and Bank Reconciliations
Looking after credit cards
Wages and Rosters
Checking store and entering FRED/MYOB
Getting accounts ready for accountants
Personal Assistant duties as required
FULL TIME is preferred, PART TIME is negotiable
