• Strength & Stretch class (weight plates, bar & mobility exercises)
• Kids aged 8months- 5 years old can attend the classes under the supervision of their mums
• Classes run by a qualified Physiotherapist
• Classes are for the mums to exercise (not the kids) but kids can attend
• Clients need to attend for an initial consultation prior to attending the classes (If you haven’t attended for a consultation within the last 12 months)
• Classes may be partly claimable with private health insurance
• Classes are run in blocks of 10 weeks
