✨ That’s a wrap for the year! ✨

As I close the clinic for the year, I just want to say a massive thank you to all my amazing clients for your ongoing support, trust, and loyalty throughout the year. It truly means more to me than you know.

📅 My last day in the clinic is tomorrow, after which I’ll be taking some time to rest, reset, and recharge.
I’ll be returning on the 2nd of February.

I’m so grateful for another year filled with lots of laughs, meaningful connections, and wonderful treatments, and I’m really looking forward to an even bigger year ahead in 2026.

Thank you again for being part of my journey. I can’t wait to see you all in the new year 💛

📣 IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE – PLEASE READ 📣

Hi everyone, I have a few important updates to share to help keep the clinic running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

💰 Outstanding Invoices

If you have received an email from me about outstanding invoices, please reply with proof of payment or arrange payment as soon as possible.
Some of these date back to June, and some clients have multiple unpaid sessions. I appreciate you getting these finalised so my books can stay up to date.

⛔ Updated Cancellation Policy

As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact and prevent other clients from securing appointment times they need. I'm a softy, but it's time I put my business hat on.

Effective immediately:

24+ hours’ notice: No charge

Under 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee

No-shows: Full appointment fee

Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before rebooking.

Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future sessions.

Thank you for understanding that this keeps things fair and sustainable for everyone.

💲 Fee Update for 2026

I’ve kept some long-term clients on reduced rates out of loyalty, but from next year, all fees will be standardised.
After four years without a price increase and with ongoing professional development at significant personal cost, this update is now necessary.

2026 Pricing:

💲 30 minutes — $85
💲 1 hour — $120
💲 1.5 hours — $160
💲 2 hours — $200

⏱️ What Your 60-Minute Session Includes

Your session is 60 minutes total, not 60 minutes of continuous hands-on treatment. This includes assessment, treatment, and required admin.

Session Breakdown:

🗣️ 5–15 minutes – Subjective Assessment
Understanding your symptoms, history, goals, aggravating/easing factors, and any relevant health changes. This ensures safe, effective treatment.

🤲 40 minutes – Hands-On Treatment
Tailored techniques such as soft tissue work, myofascial release, stretching, mobilisation, trigger point therapy, or dry needling (if appropriate).

🖥️ 5 minutes – Administration & Wrap-Up
Aftercare advice, payment, rebooking, and legally required clinical notes.

This is the industry standard and ensures every client receives safe, high-quality, and consistent care.

📢 Important Update – Temporary Break from Treatments

Hi everyone,

As of Wednesday next week, I’ll be out of action for about 2–3 weeks while I recover from a procedure on my arm. And yes, you really do need two arms to treat properly 😅 so unfortunately, I have no choice but to take a short break.

I’ll personally contact everyone who has appointments booked during this time to notify you directly and rebook you at the next available opportunity once I’m back.

Thank you all for your understanding and support. It means a lot! I’m looking forward to getting back to helping you all as soon as I’m healed. 💙

I currently have over 30 outstanding invoices, and as a single income earner, this is creating significant financial strain.

I'd like to ask all clients to please check your emails and settle any unpaid invoices today. Your prompt attention and support mean the world to me 🙏

Moving forward, Square will be reactivated as a payment method for convenience. Please note that a 1.6% service fee will now be applied to all Square payments to cover transaction costs.
