This week at The H Dispensary, we’re exploring the theme of Heart Opening in our Mum & Bub Flow Playgroup, ❤️ a gentle space for you and your little one to soften the body, settle the nervous system and reconnect with warmth and presence.

We move slowly and intentionally, offering simple tools you can weave into everyday life to support grounding for both you and your baby.

Hosted by our in-house Kinesiologist, Talena Benedet and supported by our alchemy apprentice Sierra, each session is held with care to create safety, connection and ease.

The playgroup runs every Tuesday from 9:10–10:10 am at The H Dispensary, and you’re welcome to come in comfortable clothing with a water bottle and anything your baby may need. If you’d like to join this week’s session, booking details are in the comments section.
