Hey Karen.. Our breech bub was born via elective caesarean section, healthy and happy! Even though I didn’t get to use all of the exercises we learnt about in CalmBirth, I’m so glad we did the course..The knowledge was invaluable and I’m very appreciative of you sharing your wisdom with us.

I’ve been a midwife for 35 years, a Maternal & Child Health Nurse for 30 years, a IBCLC ( lactation consultsnt )and a Calmbirth educator for 9 years… so you could say I love hanging out with mums and bubs 🤣

My Calmbirth classes offer evidence based education on the mind–body connection, stages of labour, pain relief options and more , helping you feel calm, confident and prepared for birth.
