headspace Griffith headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. We help young people who are going through a tough time. Looking for someone to talk to?

You can find our Duty of Care statement here: https://headspace.org.au/duty-of-care/ If you're 12-25, you can get health advice, support and information from headspace. With centres all around Australia, headspace can help you with:
- General health
- Mental health and counselling
- Education, employment and other services
- Alcohol and other drug services

headspace has many centres across Australia & also offers online counselling at eheadspace.org.au. If you are in need of immediate support, please contact Accessline on 1800 800 944 or Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Kids Helpline on 1800 551 800. For mental health emergancies, please call 000, or present at your nearest emergancy department.

Join us tomorrow headspace Griffith for Createspace!

If you like you can use the space to create some art for the NSW weeks art competition, the choice is yours!
What to create:
✨ A portrait of someone (or a group) who champions children’s rights
🎨 Mediums: drawing, painting, collage, photograph, sculpture, textile work, digital illustration (no AI)
🖊️ Include 50–150 words explaining your artwork & who you chose
