Our workouts together have consisted of seated upper body focused weights sessions to maintain and keep improving the strength in her arms and back while combining laying hip alignment exercises to make sure we arenβt compensating and creating more issues for the future βοΈ
Update: Clearance is finalised and out of the boot it is! Rehab can be started! Winning!
