Live evidence this woman is adjusting her training, not giving up and throwing everything in the bin!

Our workouts together have consisted of seated upper body focused weights sessions to maintain and keep improving the strength in her arms and back while combining laying hip alignment exercises to make sure we aren’t compensating and creating more issues for the future ⭐️

Update: Clearance is finalised and out of the boot it is! Rehab can be started! Winning!
