As the summer holidays of 2025/2026 wrap up, I can’t help but reflect on all the incredible moments we’ve had. This summer was packed with outdoor adventures—lazy days soaking up the sun, and entertaining with family and friends.

We’ve also been busy with house renovations, making our space feel just right, and tackling jobs that have been on the to-do list for way too long. At work, we made some big changes too—like knocking down another wall to create more room for our clients. It feels great to be expanding!

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m super excited. We’re bringing in new tools for the clinic that will help me support my clients even better. Plus, I’ve got three amazing women walking beside me on this journey . I also can’t wait to share some fantastic collaborations coming our way.

Here’s to an amazing year ahead and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

We’re so excited to share our new exercise class timetable and kick off another incredible year of movement, strength, and feeling good in your body.

💙 Boogie Bounce
Fun, high-energy rebounding classes that are easy on the joints but big on results. Expect sweat, smiles, lymphatic support, cardio fitness and a serious mood boost. You’ll leave feeling lighter — in body 'and' mind.

💙 Small Group PT Classes
Personal training vibes, without the crowd. These classes are strength-focused, supportive and tailored — helping build muscle, bone density, confidence and resilience. Perfect if you want guidance, accountability and a room full of like-minded women cheering you on.

💙 Tai Chi
Slow, intentional movement designed to calm the nervous system, improve balance, mobility and coordination. A beautiful way to support stress management, joint health and overall wellbeing.

And this year? We’ve got so many exciting things ahead. Our community is growing, our offerings are expanding, and so is our team.

Search ‘CIFH’ for your free download in the App Store or Google Play, sign up and search our timetable and credit packs.

Packs include 5, 10 or 20 classes, for Group PT, Boogie Bounce and Tai Chi classes.

The power is now in your hands to purchase and book when suites you, however if technology is not your thing you can still book and pay in the traditional way by getting in contact with us via 0402693719.

I just received confirmation that the pathology lab has received my bloods. While the results can take up to 21 days to culture, this is a crucial step forward.

I’ll keep you updated as we move through this journey together. I’m looking forward to seeing & sharing the results with you all (and quietly anticipating some answers to my lethargy and fatigue).

Come to mumma! ☕️ Caffeine, oh how I have missed you! After a few tough days without my beloved brew, I can finally indulge again!

For those who don’t know, caffeine withdrawal can be a real struggle. Here’s how it affects the body:

- Headaches: The most common symptom, as your body adjusts to the absence of caffeine.
- Fatigue: Without that energy boost, you might feel more tired than usual.
- Mood Changes: Irritability and difficulty concentrating are also common as your brain adapts.
- Flu-like Symptoms: Some people experience nausea or muscle aches during withdrawal.

But let’s not forget the benefits of caffeine! When consumed in moderation, it can:

- Boost Energy Levels: Helps increase alertness and combat fatigue.
- Enhance Physical Performance: Improves endurance and strength during workouts.

Just wrapped up my blood draw and sent off my blood and urine samples to pathology! 🩸✨

Getting ready for this meant adhering to some important pre-test preparations. I had to stop taking protein and creatine supplements, along with a few other ones. The real challenge? Going without caffeine, alcohol, and certain foods like tomatoes, pineapple, and bananas for the last two days. Not going to lie, those caffeine-free days have been a bit rough! 😩

But it’s all for a good cause, and I’m excited to see what the results will reveal. Stay tuned for updates! 🥳
