We’re so excited to share our new exercise class timetable and kick off another incredible year of movement, strength, and feeling good in your body.
💙 Boogie Bounce
Fun, high-energy rebounding classes that are easy on the joints but big on results. Expect sweat, smiles, lymphatic support, cardio fitness and a serious mood boost. You’ll leave feeling lighter — in body 'and' mind.
💙 Small Group PT Classes
Personal training vibes, without the crowd. These classes are strength-focused, supportive and tailored — helping build muscle, bone density, confidence and resilience. Perfect if you want guidance, accountability and a room full of like-minded women cheering you on.
💙 Tai Chi
Slow, intentional movement designed to calm the nervous system, improve balance, mobility and coordination. A beautiful way to support stress management, joint health and overall wellbeing.
