WELCOME Dr David to the Grovedale clinic 👋🏼

Dr. David K. Nguyen graduated from RMIT University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic). Since then, he has worked across multiple clinics throughout Victoria, gaining a broad range of experience in different chiropractic settings before serving as the principal chiropractor at The Cobram Chiropractic Centre for over five years.

Passionate about helping his community, Dr. David works with a diverse range of patients, from athletes and active individuals to seniors and those requiring specialised referral care.

He has a particular interest in functional and evidence-based chiropractic care, taking a multimodal approach that combines hands-on techniques, movement rehabilitation, and lifestyle advice.

With a focus on helping patients reach their full potential, Dr. David tailors each treatment plan to address posture, mobility, strength, and pain management, always aligning care with each patient’s unique goals and needs.

THIS IS DR MITCH 👨🏻‍⚕️

Dr. Mitch is an experienced and personable Chiropractor who has worked for years in Werribee, Sunbury and Hoppers Crossing.

He is the principle Chiropractor, and co-founder of Chiropractic Health. Mitchell has a keen interest in diagnosing and managing neck pain, lower back pain and headaches, and has helped thousands of people with these conditions.

Mitch has a strong focus on finding the root cause by looking deeply into the way a person’s joints move, the function of muscles and surrounding tissues, and posture to assess the body as a whole to provide long term improvement.

Dr. Mitch has undertaken years of extensive training in a wide range of areas after graduating and regularly attends seminars to keep up to date on the latest techniques and management of conditions so he is able to help a wider range of people. He also regularly mentors chiropractic students and other chiropractors, to assist with the next generation.

Mitch is very proficient in traditional Chiropractic manual adjusting and soft tissue. He regularly uses a broad range of techniques such as blocks, drop piece, Activator, SOT, Gonstead and spinal rehabilitation and strengthening.

When Mitch isn’t at his practice in Grovedale, he likes walking, listening to music, and dreaming of cars he can’t afford 🚙 🎶

SAY HI TO DR TERENCE 👋🏼

Dr. Terence was first exposed to chiropractic care due to his parents receiving regular chiropractic adjustments for their chronic neck and back pain.

Seeing his parents benefit greatly from this, his interest in chiropractic began, and he decided to undergo his Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) at RMIT University.

Having worked in clinics in places like Bundoora, Collingwood, Sunbury and Carlton, Terence has developed a broad range of chiropractic techniques including manual adjustments and joint mobilisations, as well as others.

Terence has a true passion for helping his patients get out of pain, but more importantly, staying out of pain. He wants people to function as best as they can.

When not in the clinic, you can catch Terence playing basketball, golf as well as practicing karate. Terence also assists his local community by teaching karate to new and upcoming black-belts. Terence is a food connoisseur, often checking out new food locations in Melbourne.

Terence is also fluent in both Cantonese and English.

THIS IS DR ARIEL 🚀

Dr Ariel has always had a keen interested in the health and wellbeing of people, this led her to work as a disability support worker and sports trainer while studying. 🧘‍♀️

Ariel was a chronic headache sufferer, after seeing first-hand the benefits that chiropractic care had on herself and her family members, she decided to pursue a career in Chiropractic by completing her Chiropractic degree at RMIT.

Due to her multitude of work in various industries, Ariel is well adept at helping a diverse range of people. It is her mission to help as many people reach their health and wellbeing goals as possible.

She is eager to help start your journey to achieve a healthy lifestyle with improved function and mobility.

Ariel believes that each patient should be treated individually and uses various chiropractic techniques to specialize treatment for each patient.

Having worked in clinics in Bundoora, Thornbury and Collingwood, she has broadened her chiropractic skills to include manual adjustments to the spine and extremities, blocks, drop piece, joint mobilizations and much more.

When not in the clinic, you can find Ariel skiing and snowboarding in the winters and camping and exploring in the summers. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family and golden retriever Moose as well as travelling back to her hometown in regional Victoria. 🏂
