On Monday we had the Grovedale CFA crew in the gym training in full BA and PPE on the treadmills, ski ergs, bike sprints, sled pushes and everything in between. 🔥💪 Their commitment to building fitness, endurance and resilience under pressure is unreal, and we’re proud to support the physical demands of real-world firefighting. 🌷 Women’s Group Exercise – Intro Morning 🌷
Hey ladies! 👋
I’m running a special introductory session for our Women’s Only Group class next week and I’d love for you to come along.
When: Thursday 20th November at 8:00am
We’ll start with a little chat about what the group’s all about, then do a gentle movement session (nothing too full-on — just a feel-good way to get the body moving). After that, we’ll stick around for coffee and a chat ☕💬. Feel free to bring along a friend, even if they aren’t a member with us.

Super proud of our athlete who placed second in the Badminton Oceana tournament last week in mixed doubles!

A testament to all the hard work she has put in, Bree was also the highest ranked female player for the tournament 👏. We’re looking forward to seeing her at the upcoming Australian and Japan para international tournaments!
