The miracle of finding your spacious self bowing with humility in exhalation doesn't just happen.

It is intentional.

Space is carved in the hustle of life.

A conscious choice to bow inward is a sacred contract written somewhere between the lines that life writes for us.

The cogs of time are paused and the voice of reason about all the things you 'should' be doing is quietened to a soft whisper of 'BEING' at home, being at peace in your earthly body.

You fold in on yourself and time turns to breath rhythm.

This practice is sacred.

If time for 'BEING' has become an endangered species in the wilderness of 'DOING' make sure you schedule your moments on the mat this week.
