About me

Hi I’m Renee Williams (Torrens),

I’d like to share a little bit about myself with you, I’m a local Gunnedah girl who has traveled the world, achieved 15 years climbing the corporate ladder, experienced the joy of love and marriage and the devastation of heart break and divorce. I’ve created and run a successful cafe and restaurant and I have two lovely daughters. I have discovered that life doesn’t happen to you, it happens through you and we are the creators of our reality. Through my life experiences I have learned my passion is creating balance, calm and empowering positive change not only in my own life but I am excited to share this knowledge and experience with individuals and businesses.

As a highly empathic person I have a natural ability of being able to tune into how a person is feeling and practice this ability as a second degree Reiki practitioner. This means I can perform distance Reiki by offering my services via video calls for both coaching and Reiki treatment sessions.

I’m a Neuroscience Academy and Brain Health graduate and life member with Dr Sarah Mackay and a student of Jared Bull’s Soulpreneaur program as well as Robbins-Madanes Core 100 Professional Life Coach Training.
