It’s all about INPUT….let me explain.
Your nervous system needs input to adapt and make appropriate adaptive responses to YOUR internal and external environment for you to operate your best. Hence why you gain muscle when going to the gym, have emotional/cognitive changes or outbursts when on screens for lengthy times and taken off them and feel sh*tty when you don’t sleep well.
It is all ADAPTATION!
WHAT you physically do daily (movement) and ingest mentally/food chemicals matter!
ENVIRONMENT dictates the OUTCOME, but your choices dictate how it BEGINS!
You wouldn’t expect yourself to heal from an ailment if your environment that created the problem was the same!
That’s like blaming roaches for infesting your house when the house was filthy!
This is the core foundation to whether your nervous system adapts Positively or Negatively.
In Summary:
✅Nervous System Adaptation: The nervous system adapts to internal and external environments, influencing physical, emotional, and cognitive responses.
✅Impact of Input: Daily activities, mental consumption, and environmental factors shape the nervous system’s adaptive responses.
✅Environment and Outcomes: A change in environment, coupled with informed choices, is crucial for positive nervous system adaptation and healing.
