Hello everyone.
Well another two weeks.
I hope you are all doing well. Remember keep moving, keep your backs straight ,bend your knees when picking something up off the floor. Clear your head Deep breath with eyes closed. When sitting straight back one ankle on your knee hold for a couple of minutes then change sides give yourself a hug make sure you keep your elbows up.
