As we roll well into another year, I feel confident in saying that one thing we all want is good health. With good health, I mean both physical and mental. Good health allows us to get the best out of ourselves.

Yesterday, in America, ACIP (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices) removed Heb B vaccine from the routine childhood immunization schedule. Imagine giving a baby one hour old an injection for a disease which is caused by intravenous drug use or sexual encounters. The vaccine was safety tested for 5 days, had no control group at all and has 250 mcgs of aluminium, a known neurotoxin which crosses the blood brain barrier. This is long overdue but welcome. How many babies will be saved from the side-effects of this insane protocol? (6.2% of babies in the 5 day safety trial had side-effects).
Will Australia follow suit? Watch this space.
On behalf of all babies born in the States from now on, it's celebration time.

A few people throughout history are truly exceptional. Henry David Thoreau was one.

The man in this photo was taken in 1946. This guy is Ken Shimizu. He is 35 years old. He has 2 children. Shimizu never runs. Sleeps late. Eat whatever he wants. Even drink beer instead of water. Eat dinner with many kinds of food every night...
What does Shimizu do to get such a body?
Shimizu doesn't have any secrets.
Shimizu is the person sitting in the bottom left corner of the photo... As for the man standing in the middle, I'm not sure.

It's been 4 years since the Covid Caravan arrived from the WEF, seducing most people to comply with things like lockdowns, mask mandates and coerced, experimental genetic injections, all of which lacked scientific rigor.
To me, the most egregious and unforgivable act of all was sacking hard-working men and women for refusing to take part in a medical experiment, all over a flu-like illness.
The fact that most Aussies said nothing about their fellow-countrymen getting sacked was to me the lowest point in our 200-year history.
Lest we forget!
