Morning β Anchor in Safety
Body Scan (5β10 mins)
Sit or lie comfortably.
Scan from feet β head, noticing tension.
Breathe into tight areas (chest, belly, shoulders) and silently say:
βI am safe. I am enough. I honor my boundaries.β
Movement (10β20 mins)
Gentle yoga, stretching, or a mindful walk.
Focus on feeling your body alive, not burning calories.

Emotional Check-in (5 mins)
Pause and notice: What am I feeling right now?
Label without judgment: βI feel anxious. I feel longing. I feel grief.β
Place these feelings into a mental basket β they exist, but they donβt control you.
Self-Nourishing Meal
Eat intentionally, tuning into hunger cues.
Choose protein + healthy fats + fibre.
