🌿Why Do I Feel So Overwhelmed Lately?

Ever notice how some days everything feels like “too much” — noise, people, decisions, emotions?
And other days you might feel flat, numb, or disconnected?
This isn’t weakness. It’s your nervous system doing its job.
There’s a concept in therapy called The Window of Tolerance.
When you’re inside your window, you can think, feel, cope and respond.
When stress builds up, that window narrows — and you may move into:
Anxiety, panic, overwhelm or shutdown, numbness, exhaustion
Nothing is wrong with you.
Your system is trying to protect you.
