I have been drawn to horses my entire life. My first encounter as a 6 month old baby and my introduction to natural horsemanship at 8 years old. Energetic connection with animals has always flown naturally with me. I am beyond blessed to be working with such incredibly smart and sensitive creatures again!


"Horses, as highly intuitive and sensitive animals, can help shift clients from a state of fight or flight into a calm and regulated state. Their natural ability to mirror human emotions and respond to non-verbal cues allows them to reflect tension or stress in a person’s body. When a client is in a heightened state, horses often respond with alertness or distance, offering immediate, non-judgmental feedback.

As the client becomes more grounded and present, the horse typically relaxes—slowing its breathing, softening its posture, or approaching gently. This response helps the client attune to their own body, regulate their nervous system, and shift into a state of calm and connection. The horse’s steady, rhythmic movements and heart coherence also support this process, promoting safety, awareness, and emotional balance."
